does mean we let everyone know we appreciate and acknowledge their

begin with we sit down with your staff so they can share their hopes,
fears and aspirations. They also give us along list of what they like
and don't like at work and we feed this back to you anonymously. Then we
have an individual one to one with each of your staff.
We then create an emotional linkage between the staff and the business.
We
teach your managers and supervisors leadership. We get your team to
think of themselves as winners, so that they feel that the outside world
expects them to be, or become, winners. Which is when they strive to be
the best in their field.
Then we train all your junior staff to
think like managers. We teach them how to identify problems related to
quality, costs and income generation. We then empower them, set them
specific challenges. At this point everything changes
